Competitor Information
Below is a "general" outline of the day's events. Some of the information below is subject to change depending on the amount of competitors, particularly as it applies to the class structure of women's bikini and men's physique. Please check back regularly for updates and/or changes.
Women's Bikini and Men's Physique
Enrollment Fee: $115.00
Registration Begins: Monday, February 4th, 2019
Registration Ends: April 15th
Age Divisions (bikini only): Up to and including 34 and 35 and above
Height Classes: There will be no consideration given to height.

There will be no morning show prejudging associated with the bikini and physique events. Instead the entirety of the show will take place in the evening.

Registration will be limited to fifty (50) total competitors.

Within the bikini division, there will be two age divisions: up to an including 34 and 35 and above.

Awards will be given to the top five competitors in each class, as well as, best body parts. (Women's Bikini - Best presentation and best legs, Men's Physique - Best Presentation and best abs)
Event Day Outline:

Competitors Meeting - 3:30pm to 4:00pm

Evening Finals - 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Transformation Challenge
Enrollment Fee: $115.00
Registration Begins: Monday, February 4th , 2019 (But your documented transformation may begin as early as January 1st, 2019)
Registration Ends: April 15th
Age Divisions: 18 years old or older.
Classes: There are no classes for this event. Event is comprised of both men and women, 18 years old or older.

Individuals must submit three photos (front, side and rear) of themselves holding a printed media with a readable date that is no later than March 15th, and no earlier than January 1st, 2019.

There is no dress critera for the photos, but starting point pictures will be reviewed by judges and shown at the evening show. (So don't be NAKED!)

Individuals will be required to be on stage in the evening show.

Evening show stage dress is the choice of the contestants, but within the general outline of professional/casual or "active" wear.

Judging criteria will center on, but not limited to; amount of weight loss, level of improved fitness and extent of change from entry photo. Contestant's individual "story" will also be a consideration.

Awards wil be given to the top five competitors.

Registration will be limited to 20 competitiors.

Power Lifting
Enrollment Fee: $20-$35 depending on category(s) selected.
Registration Begins: Monday, February 18th, 2019

The power lifting competition will be a "push/pull" (bench press and dead lift) meet, adhering to USAPL (www.usapowerlifting.com) judging criteria. However, this is NOT a sanctioned USAPL meet.

This event will take place Sunday, May 5th, in the morning at Abe and Jakes Landing.

Registration will be limited to thirty (30) total competitors.

This is a bench press and dead lift only meet.

This is a "raw" (non-equipped) meet as defined by the USAPL.

Individuals competing must be novice and/or beginning level.

200 Yard Co-ed Fitness Challenge
Enrollment Fee: $115.00 (per team)
Registration Begins: Monday, March 4th, 2019 (limited to ten (10) teams)
Registration Ends: April 15th
Age Divisions: There will be no age divisions for this event but each team of three must be comprised of two males and one female 18 or older.
Where: To be announced
Awards: Top three teams with the lowest timed scores will receive awards.
Each contestant must fully complete the course in the following order: male/female/male.
Course: (This is NOT easy. : ))

20 push-ups/men and 10 push-ups (to tire)/women

10 big tire flips/men and 10 smaller tire flips/women

20 yard, standing, sled pull with 300lbs./men and 150lbs./women

20 yard, low handle, sled push with 300lbs./men and 150lbs./women

10 burpees/ men and women
-
70 yard backwards sprint/men and women

50 yard sprint

20 yards of broad jumps

20 yard, high handle, sled push with 200lbs./men and 100lbs./women

10 yard sprint
