About Me

I am a mother of two boys who constantly keep me on my toes. After my second child was born, I began to truly realize the importance of health and well-being and how quickly it can be disrupted.  I experienced extremely elevated blood pressure post-partum, which resulted in multiple prescribed medications, an extra hospital stay, bed rest, and added stress for a mother with two children under the age of two.  At that point, I made a promise to myself that after I overcame this battle, I was going to take care of myself and appreciate my body by leading a healthy and active lifestyle.  I felt like it was fate that I met my trainer who not only educated me, but inspired me to help others the way she had helped me.  Sometimes it takes a setback in order to put things into perspective, and I truly believe it is never too late to make positive changes.  I look forward to helping others succeed in their journey to living a healthier lifestyle and becoming the best version of themselves.

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts” – Winston Churchill
