About Me

When I was in elementary school, I was diagnosed with a genetic heart condition known as Long QT syndrome. Due to the condition, I was pulled out of any and all sports. I felt very restricted and discouraged. Eventually, I got a job at a gym working behind the front desk. There, I also met my husband who has been one of my biggest motivators. At that time, my passion for fitness began. Witnessing people transform their bodies motivated me to make a change. Working out became a joy and a hobby of mine and it has since grown. When I work out, it makes me feel more confident as well as energetic. I stopped listening to people telling me I couldn’t, and took initiative. Recently, I had a big, bulky, defibrillator implanted in my side. Rather than allowing it to cause me to fail, it motivated me to work even harder to show everyone that they can overcome anything.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help others in their fitness journey, and to motivate them and show them that by working hard and having determination, they can do anything. I want to share my knowledge with others and reach out to them about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and how it can positively impact the body, and the mind.
